I’m SO EXCITED to share these photos. So excited, in fact, that I’ve spend the morning after editing to show you!
This was my first wedding since quarantine and it was so amazing! I’ve known Amber and her whole family almost all of my life. This has definitely been one of the most emotional weddings for me to this day. Amber was my very first friend and now she’s married and I’m so excited for her.
We celebrated at the Black Bird Farm in Columbus Grove, OH, and if you haven’t been to this venue, I definitely suggest checking it out! Every area of the farm is so beautiful. It’s definitely one of my most favorite venues in that area.
Unfortunately, with the threat of Covid-19 still looming, weddings do look a little different, but the most important thing is that these two got to have a great wedding day.
Chairs and tables were set up for social distancing, but everything was still beautiful! To me, the space was great! There was so much more space to move around.
Florals were a big aspect to Amber & Frank’s wedding. all of the florals, from the piece on the cross, to the groomsmen’s boutonnieres was beautifully done. And finally, after many years, I’ve almost mastered boutonniere pinning.
Yesterday was so fun, and I’m so sore! It’s kind of like I worked out after months of not working out. In a way, I guess it was! This was such a special day and it was truly an honor to be able to shoot it!
