I’ve been in Cincinnati a lot lately! I looooove shooting in Cincinnati! There’s so many amazing parks and beautiful views! The only issue I have with shooting in Cincy is parking. It’s kind of crazy, but the amazing photos are totally worth it!
Damarias and Kelly are celebrating their fourth anniversary 0n February 29 with a vow renewal. It’s such a unique anniversary! I’m so excited for their vow renewal! Even with my vow renewals, I like to do a couple’s session beforehand for the same reason I like to do them for my wedding couples. This helps us get to know each other and it also gets some of the uncomfortableness out before the wedding day.
For Damarias and Kelly’s session, we went to downtown Cincinnati because Kelly wanted to have the bridges in her photos! I think this was a great idea! This is one of my favorite spots in the city as well!
The Roebling Bridge was one of our stops. Conveniently, the bridge is closed to traffic right now! We were able to move around without having to worry about traffic, which was great! It was the perfect opportunity to take advantage and get some amazing photos. From the top of the bridge on the sidewalk, there’s a beautiful view of the city. A majority of it is the Reds stadium, but we were able to make adjustments to avoid having the stadium in the background in every photo 😉
It was crazy hot during their session. Anyone who knows me, knows that I sweat when it’s freezing. I felt so bad for Damarias and Kelly, because I couldn’t get them into the shade a whole lot. Even with the heat, I think we got some amazing photos and I’m SO EXCITED for their vow renewal in February, when it’s not so hot 😉
